We live mostly Paleo/Gluten Free in our home, so it has been a little bit of a challenge to mix things up for my son's school lunches. For those of you in the same boat as me, check out my ideas and feel free to share some of your favorite lunch ideas back! This lunch has: banana, tomato slices, cucumber slices, guacamole, homemade Larabar, and chicken taco filling.
An organic fruit strip, half of an avocado, cucumber slices, pistachios, homemade Larabar, and chicken taco filling.
Two pieces of organic sliced ham, cucumber slices (can you tell we had a lot of cucumbers in our garden?), cherry tomatoes, raw nut and seed mix, and Organic Fruit Mashups.
Banana, baby carrots, two pieces of sliced organic ham, few cherry tomatoes, green grapes, homemade Larabar.
Cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, green grapes, prunes, and a leftover homemade hamburger - chopped up.

These are wonderful healthy lunches and I do find those lunch containers terrific that have all the compartments.
