I love the chapters on eliminating toxins, eating right, and energizing your body! I also really appreciate that Dr. Stanton stresses the need for supplements, something I also feel strongly about. She explains how we are deficient in vitamins and nutrients, and how important it is to use the highest quality supplement.

Overall, I think this book has great information that the average person will learn a ton from it! The issues addressed are relevant to many of us, and I appreciate how Dr. Stanton lays out an action plan. It is so important to realize that you have to take control of your health and work to prevent illness, weight gain and hormonal issues from occurring! This book is a great tool!
