Ancestry.com Review and Giveaway

You know that saying, "You can't know where you are going until you know where you came from." I have always personally felt that my ancestors have beautiful stories to tell, and I have a deep desire to learn about them and learn from them.

For several years, I have been working on piecing together information I have received about my relatives and putting it together in a huge family history paper and binder. I love each new thing I learn about my family, and it just makes me appreciate them all the more!

There have been several setbacks on my journey through my family history, such as not knowing who my grandma's father is, which I know has had a huge impact on her life also. I had been close to giving up on finding him until Ancestry.com helped!!

Ancestry.com is my favorite resource for finding information about your own family history. They've spent more than a decade building the world's largest online family history resource - including historical records, photos, stories, family trees and a collaborative community of millions.

Ancestry.com makes it so easy to find the information you are looking for. You just start searching by name, estimated birth year, spouse, a place they might have lived, or a family member. They will search through census, birth, marriage, death records and more to help you find the information you have been searching.

I feel like Ancestry.com has given me some of the most precious gifts I could ever want. I have been able to trace one line of my family tree back to the 1700s, when previous to searching Ancestry.com, I had only traced it back to the 1900s. Remember the mysterious father of my grandma...I found him too! How precious is that for my grandma to now know who her father is!!

Each day I get to open up Ancestry.com and spend some time on there has been pure delight and leaves me feeling so excited! Thank you a million times, Ancestry.com!!

If you want to learn more about where you came from, find a long lost relative, or start your family tree, head on over Ancestry.com and begin today! Also, a gift membership to Ancestry.com would be an awesome gift for anyone you love or know who loves history.

For one very lucky reader, we are giving away a One Year World Deluxe Membership valued at $299!! Trust me, you want to win this giveaway!
