Healthy Valentine's Day Treats!

My husband knows that the way to my heart is not through flowers and stuffed teddy bears. He knows it is through my stomach. Did I just say that out loud? Yup, I did. Being honest, I would take a sweet treat over a bouquet of roses any day. For me, Valentine's Day is not only a day to make the ones you love feel extra special, but it is a great excuse to indulge a little in the most wonderful, tasty, and dare I say, healthy treats. Yes, you read right - some treats are healthy.

I have gotten started "treating" myself a littler early, and my biggest crush is on healthy treats from Hail Merry. They make delicious Macaroons, and they make my absolute favorite indulgence ever - Miracle Tarts. Think melt in your mouth decadence and flavors of chocolate, strawberry, lemon, salted caramel that are out of this world - that's Hail Merry in a nutshell.

What is so healthy about all this decadence? A LOT, actually. They use high quality ingredients, fit for a king or queen, dehydrated at low temps (to protect the oils) and made with organic expeller pressed coconut oil. If you haven't read up yet on why coconut oil is SO HEALTHY for you, just google it and you will find a million reasons why you have got to start including it in your diet daily.

When you eat these treats they literally melt in your mouth! Their certified gluten-free, non-GMO, mostly organic ingredients make their products out of this world!

The Macaroons come in 4 different flavors: Strawberry, Chocolate, Blonde, and Caramel Sea Salt. The Miracle Tarts come in 6 different varieties: Chocolate, Meyer Lemon, Chocolate Raw Almond Butter, Chocolate Mint, Persian Lime, Coconut Vanilla Creme. As much as their chocolate varieties are to die for, my favorite was surprisingly the Meyer Lemon. It was so unbelievably refreshing! All their products will wow you with how much flavor is packed inside each one.
