Workout Goals

Take a moment and let that message sink in.

Now, think of excuses you gave yourself this week about why you didn't want to workout, you didn't want to hold that plank for the whole minute, you didn't want to eat veggies instead of that fettucine alfredo. Did you check out our awesome Tabata Tuesday workout? It was a full body workout you can do anywhere with no equipment needed. That means - NO EXCUSES! Did you do it?

As I continue to post more great Tabata Tuesday workouts, are you going to be able to say, "I DID IT!" Remember the words in that graphic above. Think about your goals...

How will it feel to get in an awesome workout? How will it feel to hit your goals? How will that look? Your journey and the hard work and good decisions you put in are going to get you where you want to be. No excuses, just effort. Effort pays off!

  1. I totally agree with the above image. At 6 months pregnant, it's hard to find motivation to get moving. But I know if I just get off the couch and hop on the treadmill for as little as 15 minutes or take a walk outside around the neighborhood that I'll feel 100 percent better. I just have to keep reminding myself of that.

    1. I completely understand what you are feeling, Amanda! You're right, though. Just get up, get your shoes on and move. You'll feel better almost immediately. :-)
