Sound a little silly. Well, hold on...
Take a moment and think about which of these things you have done today. We need each of these things to feed ourselves that primary food, so we don't go hog wild in the kitchen later on today. Having cravings? For chips, chocolate, or maybe....positivity, a hug, some time to play.
