#15 - Go on a beautiful "rainbow diet." This means, try to include at least four to five naturally occurring, colorful foods on your plate; the brighter the colors, the better (you'll get plenty of vitamins and fiber as an added bonus).
Here are some ideas: carrots, broccoli, yellow peppers, leafy greens, beets, sweet potatoes, peas, and the list goes on!

I think these are great colorful eating tips. I've always heard that to have an interesting and healthy salad, you should aim for at least 7 colorful natural ingredients!
