Take Charge of Eating Tip #13

Today's tip seems to be an easy one, but there are still so many people who don't drink enough water!

#13 - Drink plenty of water. It is our life source! Sometimes when we're dehydrated we get irritable or we think we're hungry when all we need is a simple glass of water. 

 

It is really as simple as that. Drink more water. Feel better. If you don't already love the refreshing, clean taste of water, then try a squeeze or two of lemon juice or add a tbsp of apple cider vinegar for a kick and a health boost!

  1. This is definitely a good tip. Sometimes I am so busy I forget to drink, but I do realize how important it is to drink water throughout the day.

    1. Being busy can get in the way of so many healthy activities if you let it. Keep staying on track!

  2. I try to get enough water, but don't always manage. I find it easier when I am home working than when I am out running errands. I do have a bad habit of doing yard work and not taking a break. I don't get thirsty, but I am working in the yard and at times dripping I am so hot. I may stay out for 3 or more hours that way. I like your idea of adding vinegar or lemon juice to the water.

    1. Especially when you are working hard, make sure to replenish those fluids you are losing.
