Eco-Friendly Snack Sacks

As I was talking about the other day, Spring reminds me of Earth Day, and there are some really simple ways that we can live more eco-friendly lives. I mentioned changing out paper napkins for cloth napkins. Today, I want to talk about changing out plastic snack bags for cloth snack bags.

If you are going to use and re-use snack bags, why not do it with style? I love all the cool designs from Snack Sacks. This is a great small business that gives us a fun way to keep the Earth greener and cleaner with style.

From sports prints to flower prints to many other adult and kid-friendly prints, Snack Sacks have a huge variety to choose from! I chose a baseball snack sack for my son, and I chose zebra and cheetah print for myself.

As you can see, these are really cute! I also like that they come in different sizes, so you can use one for bigger snack or lunch items, and the others for the smaller snacks you need to keep more tightly contained. My son is so excited to use his in his lunches when he gets to kindergarten this fall!

In the meantime, I like to use these for when we are traveling. They are perfect for packing snacks or lunches, and you can just flip over the top and eat right out of the bags to keep mess to a minimum. Not only will you love how easy they are to use, you will love the feeling of knowing you are saving our earth from the waste of using and throwing away more plastic bags.
