  1. HI! It's Dr. Wald. I like to mix my Reds Complete into my fruit smoothie. When I'm not in a rush I put Reds in water, blend and go. When I have 5 minutes I add frozen, organic mixed fruit and water with Reds. I take it with me and drink it throughout the day. I also use it as a pre and post-workout replenishment. I have run 3 marathons over the last 3 years and I used reds protect over the last two years and got faster and faster. First marathon time was 4 hrs 1 min; second marathon was 4: 48 minutes and the third one last year was 3: 44 minutes. I use it before and after my weight workouts and karate also.
