Holiday Workouts For Weight Loss

During the holidays, I know many people consume more calories than they normally do. We end up shrugging our shoulders and saying we will do better in the New Year. Uhhh...I don't think so. Not this year. Break the habit and let's try to actually lose weight this holiday season!

  1. The Gauntlet work out looks terrific. I do not know if I can do push ups like that though! I try not to over eat around the holidays even though there is so much food! But like you said moderation and trying to eat healthy and exercise is the best thing we can do for ourselves.
