One Ingredient Healthy Ice Cream

The Amazing One-Ingredient Healthy
Ice Cream

Shhhhhhh...I have a little secret for you. You don't have to eat fattening, sugary ice cream to get your sweet, cold dessert fix this summer.
Instead of a bunch of fat, sugar and chemicals, how about just pure, healthy bananas???
Here’s how to make delicious and easy ice cream:

1.     Peel ripe bananas, cut into pieces and freeze until solid.
2.    Blend in food processor until super smooth.
3.    Freeze it in an airtight container, then scoop it out just like real ice cream.
4.    If you want to spice it up, add some peanut butter, chocolate chips, cherries, cinnamon or whatever other toppings you like.
5.    Enjoy guilt free!

  2. What an interesting option. I'll have to try this. My family loves frozen bananas dipped in chocolate and nuts. Close to your banana ice cream in flavor I would think.
