Dana's Birth Story

Sorry to hear about all the struggles that came with your birth, Dana, but thank you for sharing it with us!

My birth story is a sad one. I was pregnant with my first child and had a birth plan...things did not go as planned and this is why. My son got stuck in my birth canal because his shoulders were too wide. So my doctor tried to turn him and while doing so she broke his arm. So my baby was born at 10 pounds and was not breathing, had a broken arm, and withing a couple of days discovered he also suffered from acid reflux! It was a terrible time in my life but within 8 weeks my sons arm was healed and is doing great! He is still on medication for acid reflux but he is a happy healthy 9 month old and I could not ask God for a better baby!
