Apples For Your Face?

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, right? While apples are a delicious, healthy way to get vitamins and nutrients to your body, I never thought about putting them on your skin and what wonders that would do...

Turns out, new research has found that stem cells, extracted from the Swiss Uttwiler Spätlauber apple, can visibly and dramatically reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. These stem cells were found to stimulate skin’s own stem cells to act more youthful, resulting in smoother, younger-looking skin. The ingredient underwent clinical studies and was found to reduce wrinkles and wrinkle depth in 100% of study participants in as little as two weeks of twice-daily application. Apples are even more awesome than I thought!

So, what about these cool apple stem cells? Well, éclos Anti-AgingSkincare took this technology and decided to make the first full range of products, so you and I can use apples for our skin health too! And it gets better - éclos Anti-Aging Skincare products also contain an ingredient called PhytoPlex24, a proprietary mix of powerful plant extracts, vitamins, and antioxidants that work in synergy with the Uttwiler Spätlauber apple stem cells to minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and tired skin—while delivering a smoother, more radiant complexion.

The éclos line is really complete and includes: Facial Cleanser Skin Prep, Instant Radiance Facial Scrub, Skin Renewal Clay Mask, Cellular Activator Face Serum, Moisture Therapy Regenerative Cream and Restorative Eye Cream. Each of these products is free of synthetic dyes, synthetic fragrances, petro-chemicals, parabens, and sulfates - all the icky nasties you definitely DON'T want on your face.

While I love all the products in this line, my two favorites are the Anti-Aging Cellular Activator Face Serum and Anti-Aging Moisture Therapy Regenerative Cream.

The Cellular Activator Face Serum is a wonderful blend of botanicals, vitamins, and antioxidants—as well as two powerful pentapeptides, which promote collagen production while stimulating the growth of connective tissue cells called fibroblasts. I use it twice a day, and it feels so good on my skin. It is a really light formula that absorbs quickly, and I just love the light essential oils scent from the rosewood, ylang ylang, palmarosa, cardamom and geranium.

The Moisture Therapy Regenerative Cream is a powerful hydrator that helps skin to repair itself, and in the process, tightens sagging skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also protects against free radicals, preventing further signs of aging. This is like heaven for my skin. I love how moisturizing it is, and you really don't need much to give your skin the nourishment it needs. I put this one on after the serum at night, and my skin feels great in the morning!

The best part of the éclos line is that they are affordable, so every one of us can use them daily! I was very pleased with the entire line, and I know you will be too! You can find all the éclos Anti-Aging Skincare Products at food, drug and mass stores, including Target, Duane Reade, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and Fred Meyer.

  1. I really love finding natural facial products especially with plant extracts and vitamins. Eclos products seem fantastic to try. I am sure we could all use help with anti-aging products and it is nice to know there are natural products to buy.

  4. when Family First see cronyism, wastefulness, backstabbing, price gouging by government agencies (water prices, power prices, land prices) and politicians spending millions of dollars on themselves while hospitals are being closed and pensioners can’t afford to heat or cool their homes, Family First know there is a lack of values and a failure of leadership.
