Friday Fun!

Living healthy natural lives is not always the easiest thing, which is why I started my blog - to inspire and help others live their best life healthfully and naturally. I want to give you examples of how I am doing it through weekly updates, and I am hoping some of you will be willing to share your thoughts and ideas too.

So, here we go! I hope this helps and inspires all of you!

In my life this week...

Lots of kick-booty workouts, and I am so proud of all my fitness clients for pushing beyond the limits they have in their head for themselves.

I am inspired by...

the miracle of my little baby growing inside me. I got to see her moving from outside my tummy, and it just amazes me to watch my tummy move up and down because of my beautiful daughter inside! Thank you, Lord! I am blessed!

My favorite thing this week was...

going to visit my midwife and hearing my baby's heartbeat again. Just heavenly!

What's working/not working for me...
Working - My nausea is starting to go away! Hurray!!

Not working - Hopefully, my scale is not working. I have gained a ton of weight this week. Thankfully, it is due to a blood volume increase to help my baby, not a sugar addiction. :-)

Questions/thoughts I have...
Why do some people give up on themselves and their goals where other people fight until they reach them?

Things I'm working on...
my relationship with my hubby, planning our roadtrip to Florida coming up in a month

I'm reading...
Fitness mags, lots of children's books

I'm cooking...

Skillet Vegetarian Lasagna, Quinoa and Black Bean Tacos, Shrimp Salad, Rhubarb Sauce

I'm grateful for...

good health!

A photo, video, link, or quote to share...

"Never let the things you want make you forget the things you have." Very powerful!!!

  2. Have fun planning your road trip. I tend to do most of the planning for our trips, then work out the final details/approvals with my husband. We are still flexible and have been known to change plans mid-trip.
    Very good quote.
