Char Crust Dry-Rub Seasonings Giveaway

I seem to be on auto-pilot these days when I grocery shop. You probably know the feeling.....your cart just seems to know exactly where to go and where to stop because you buy the same thing over and over and over. When I started looking more into eating and feeding my family healthy, I learned about a few good foods that became the new staples in my house-very lean meat, quinoa, eggs, and hummus have replaced fatty protein sources and starchy sides. Veggies, veggies and more veggies have been making their way to meal time. It has been a bit of a change in our house.
Now, I have found another way to prepare our new staples - Char Crust Dry-Rub Seasonings. Char Crust was developed in the 1950s in one of the best places for good food: Chicago. Originally created to seal in the juices of steaks, while creating a unique flavor, Char Crust was so good that it was just obvious that it be used on pork, lamb, and poultry.
What is "healthy and natural" about Char Crust? By using very natural and flavorful ingredients such as garlic, peppercorns, lavendar, wasabi, tomato, cayenne, and ginger, the product is kept low in sodium. While there is a little wheat and sugar in the product, the high flavor keeps overall use at a minimum.
Here's what I did: On our Sunday dinner of meat and vegetables, I followed the easy instructions to rub both sides of the meat, or put a little olive oil on the veggies. I chose the Roasted Garlic Peppercorn for half the meat and All American Barbeque for the other half. I used the Ginger Teriyaki for the peppers. Then, I grilled as normal. OOOOOOH everything turned out good. The veggies were my favorite - sweet and oriental. But the steak also got rave reviews from my family, with my pickiest eater asking for more, and for us to keep that Roasted Garlic Peppercorn in a shaker on the table!
Even your favorite foods need a new taste now and then. With additional flavors such as Amazin' Cajun, Hickory Grilled, Smoky Spicy Southwest, Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic, Hickory & Molasses, and Roto Roast, I am sure you can find yourself a new favorite!  You can pick up the seasoning online for less than $5, which means you probably will want to pick up more than one package.

Great news!  Char Crust is giving away a set of seasonings.  One lucky winner will receive one each of Roasted Garlic Peppercorn, All American Barbeque, Ginger Teriyaki, and Amazin' Cajun.  Just enter via the Rafflecopter instructions, and you can be on your way to the tastiest grilling season ever!
