Friday Fun!

Living healthy natural lives is not always the easiest thing, which is why I started my blog - to inspire and help others live their best life healthfully and naturally. I want to give you examples of how I am doing it through weekly updates, and I am hoping some of you will be willing to share your thoughts and ideas too.

So, here we go! I hope this helps and inspires all of you!

In my life this week...

Nauseousness, nauseousness, and painful baby stretching. Sounds depressing, but it was a hard week. I am feeling this pregnancy, even though the baby is only the size of a pear. Trying to be patient and hoping for things to start feeling better soon.

I am inspired by...

birth stories. I have been watching a little too much "Baby Story" on TLC, and every time I see those mamas working so hard during labor and delivery, the tears just well up.

My favorite thing this week was...
working out every day with my fitness classes. Exercise has kept me sane, and I feel like it is the only break I get from the nausea.

What's working/not working for me...
Working -Pinterest. Oh...my....gosh. I am so addicted! I love pinning new healthy recipes, new exercises, motivation, and so much more!!! It is so great!

Not working - sleeping. I just can't seem to get a solid night of sleep anymore. I am praying that this too shall pass quickly.

Questions/thoughts I have...
If all the raindrops were little smiley faces, oh what a rain that would be?

Things I'm working on...
trying not to overdo it on the exercise front, keep some kind of spark going with my husband and find some kind of food that I actually want to eat.

I'm reading...

not too much this week besides the next book in the Amish series I started and lots of kids books to my kids.

I'm cooking...

mini tacos, pumpkin muffins, (trying to use some of my frozen pumpkin and zucchini) and not too much else

I'm grateful for...

my faith and the peace and joy God gives me when I feel oh-so-tired
