Get plenty of antioxidants to help combat free radicals and cellular damage. All the toxins getting into our system every day are causing damage to our bodies at the most basic level - our cells. There are a number of supplemental antioxidants that can help. These include milk thistle, vitamins C and E, selenium, resveratrol, CoQ10, and pomegranate. You can find good quality versions of all of those supplements (except pomegranate) here.
I also like to get antioxidants in my daily dose of super dark chocolate. Look for 70% cacao or more for lots of yummy antioxidants.
