Christophe Artisan Chocolatier-Patissier Review and Giveaway

I am a serious lover of chocolate. I always have been. However, my tastes have changed over the years as I have learned to appreciate great quality food and healthy ingredients. Where I used to be a fan of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, now I am a fan of fine chocolates and organic dark chocolate. If you love and appreciate good quality chocolate, you will love this post!

Let me introduce you to Christophe Artisan Chocolatier-Pâtissier. Christophe Paume is the rarest of artisans, a third-generation French chocolatier, who grew up in his father's pâtisserie in Toulouse, France. Alongside his father, he learned to create exquisite French pastry, the highest quality chocolates, succulent gelato, and every type of bread imaginable. 

Now, he is creating luxury chocolates and chocolate sculptures for all occasions. Their collection of hand-painted chocolates and fine chocolate truffles appeals to those who appreciate gourmet chocolate at its finest. With distinctive flavors and inspired chocolate gifts, their premium chocolates blend rich European tradition with master artisanship.

I love that their chocolates are preservative free and made from the freshest ingredients and premier European chocolate!! You can really taste the difference!

I received their mini chocolate collection of handpainted chocolates, and each piece was divine!! I loved all of the selections, even though I was unsure about some of the flavors. My favorite was the Vanilla Bean, which includes bourbon vanilla bean in a dark chocolate ganache. Hmmm...delicous!
