Powerhouse Hit The Deck Fitness Cards Review and Giveaway

I am excited to continue to bring you some great products to help you lose weight, get back into prebaby shape, or just get in better shape! Today I want to introduce you to Powerhouse Hit the Deck!

Hit the Deck is a portable and easy to use fitness program that can be done anywhere, anytime, with no fitness equipment needed. All you do is set the timer, draw your first card, and do as many repetitions as you can. When the timer beeps, draw your next card! To read more about how it works, click here.

Simple, easy, effective: a cardiovascular AND strength training workout at the same time, as well as an effective tool to combat stress.

What can PowerHouse Hit the Deck™ do for you?

•Help you to lose weight, burn fat, and add muscle tone
•Provide cardio AND weight training exercise at the same time
•Expand your ability to handle and recover from stress
•Improve your overall levels of fitness and wellness
•Allow for flexibility - workouts can be any length desired
•Offer variety by providing wide range of effective exercises
•Deliver an excellent workout with no fitness equipment
•Provide a great way to cross-train
•Improve the quality of your sleep

Sounds great, right? It really is! As a fitness instructor and personal trainer, my clients tell me all the time that they want to work out at home too, but they just don't have the time or don't know what to do. Hit the Deck solves both problems, giving you the power to decide how many cards to do in whatever time you have and giving you the moves you want to get in shape!

I like how each card gives a detailed description of the exercise and shows you pictures of how the move progresses so there is no mistake in how to do it properly. I love the three levels of cards - No sweat, I'm glistening, and Sweating buckets.

One of my favorite parts about these fitness cards is that they are so easy to take anywhere! If I am on vacation or visiting family, I can take these along, and not have to worry about bringing fitness dvds or equipment along. Hooray!

The only downside that I can think of is that for me, personally, I already know all of these moves, and I would have loved a little more challenge. But, when you are doing back to back cards, you are definitely going to get a great workout!

You can buy Hit the Deck fitness cards right on their website for only $19.99. That is a steal of a deal for a workout that just keeps on giving!

To help you get back in shape, we are giving away a pack of Powerhouse Hit the Deck to one of my lucky readers!
