Boy, do I love a good workout! As a personal trainer and fitness instructor myself, my clients all know that anytime they work with me they are going to be sweating from the beginning of the workout to the end. I love to motivate people to push past any limits they may have put on themselves, and feel the exhilaration of accomplishing something they've never done!

When I heard about Sara Haley's workout DVD, Sweat UNLIMITED, I was very excited to try it out. When I received a copy to review, I could hardly wait to pop it in and get in a great workout.

Sweat UNLIMITED includes: 4 different workouts, BONUS stretch routine, and a Mix & Match option menu.

Sweat Extreme 5: Trigger, Tone & Tighten: 5 minutes of Sara’s most effective and energizing exercises that wake up, strengthen and challenge your entire body.

Sweat Strength 15: Burn, Baby, Burn: 15 minutes of total body sculpting that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles burning.

Sweat Cardio 30: Pop, Rock & Drop: 30 minutes of fat-burning cardio drills consisting of moves inspired by the dance club, rock ‘n roll and break dancing (plus a warm up and cool down).

Sweat Box 45: Punch, Kick & Core: 45 minutes of Tabata-inspired intervals that alternate between boxing drills and core exercises to give you a metabolic burn and core blast.

BONUS: Sweat Stretch 5: Reach, Relax & Rejuvenate: 5 minutes to breathe, stretch and relax as you focus on decreasing muscle soreness.

The first time I used the DVD, I did the first three workouts. I think I was sweating already by the end of the first 5 minute workout. It was awesome! I love that even though Sara tones and tightens up your whole body, these workouts don't require any equipment. I did add some of my own weights to make things even more challenging, but they aren't necessary.

I also love the cardio and boxing workouts, which include many different cardio moves than you are probably used to. It was such a refreshing mix of new choreography and drills. And I love that the Sweat Box workout is Tabata-inspired, which is my favorite way to exercise!

Besides the great material included in this DVD, Sara herself is fun and energetic, making the workouts fly by. Since I had never heard of Sara before this, I am delighted to have "met" her through this DVD.
