Radiantly You Review

I was just reminded the other day about what kind of crap is in most conventional personal care products. If you go to the store and start reading the back of the bottle of shampoo, body wash, deodorant or other such products, you may find yourself scared silly by all the parabens, sulfates, artificial colors and fragrances. And those are just a few of the toxic ingredients they have concocted in a lab somewhere.

That is why I choose to eliminate as many of those chemicals from my home as possible. Recently, I received some fabulous products from Radiantly You that I have added to my "awesome products" list.

The Vanilla Mint Toothpaste is made from baking soda, coconut oil, organic vanilla, mint and stevia. That's right - no fluoride, no sulfates, no nasties. Just awesome high quality products like coconut oil and baking soda that have super-awesome properties to keep your teeth clean and healthy. While this is definitely different than conventional toothpastes, I think it is a good different. The initial taste may take a second to get used to, but there is absolutely no residual taste or oiliness. In fact, I think this toothpaste leaves my teeth feeling cleaner than any other "natural" toothpaste I have ever tried. 

The Essential Oil Bug Away is another "must have" product. This spray is made from peppermint infused water, witch hasel, and essential oils of tea tree, lavendar, eucalyptus, citronella, lemon, cedarwood, and peppermint. Not only does it smell really good, it really does work. For the fourth of July, my husband and I decided to brave the evening bug-infested air of Minnesota, but we took this Bug Away with us. There were mosquitoes everywhere! Thankfully, after spraying ourselves thoroughly with this spray, they stayed away, and we were able to enjoy a few fireworks.
