Paleo Fitness Book Review

You've heard me mentioning more about the "Paleo" lifestyle in the last several months, since I have been experimenting with eating along the Paleo guidelines of no sugar, no processed foods, no grains, no dairy, etc. It is a diet that focuces on a return to eating the way our ancestors did many years ago.

If you are confused at all about Paleo living, then I highly recommend reading Paleo Fitness, your go-to guide for living the Paleo lifestyle. Whether you've just heard about the Paleo diet or it’s been part of your daily routine for a while, this book will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Paleo Fitness is not only a book that talks about the Paleo diet, but it also focuses on the fitness and exercise aspect. It provides a comprehensive program of primal exercises and a two-week meal plan with recipes, making it easy for you to shed pounds and build muscle.

The book starts out explaining about Paleo eating, giving you recipes and a meal plan to get started with. Then it gets into the exercise part of primal living, which I am super excited about! I have been working in fitness for many years now, and I am always delighted to find ways to work out my clients in new and different ways. With primal moves that mainly use your own body weight, I feel that I can give my clients unique exercises that are going to change up the way they exercise, making it more fun and challenging at the same time.

In the book, the authors shows over 60 different exercises with pictures and explanations, from basic pushups to new moves like kangaroo jumps and bear crawls. One thing that stands out about their philosophy of exercises is that they view exercise as a chance to play. I agree 100% that our bodies were designed to move in many different and varied ways, and it is FUN to work them out that way.

This book is so comprehensive, easy to read, and addresses the total health of your body, which will help you get started reaching your fitness and health goals! You can find it online or at a retailer near you.
