I love cooking with spices. It changes a regular ordinary meal into one that is a tasty treat! Not only are spices tasty, they are full of health benefits. For instance, did you know that peppercorns can rev up your metabolism? Yup! So do chili peppers!
When I first heard of The Spice Lab, I was in heaven. I love their huge selection of sea salts, peppers, spices and spice blends. It is paradise for those of us who love to cook!
Take, for instance, eggs. Just scrambling a couple eggs could be a nice meal, but then when you add in some nice Hickory Smoked Sea Salt from The Spice Lab and some pepper and red pepper flakes, it is a dazzling, delight for your tastebuds!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE adding Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning spice blend to my morning scrambled eggs, but I'll definitely have to check out The Spice Lab. I'd love to try their smoked Spanish Paprika.
