Today's tip is all about love...
#6 - When you cultivate love in your life through healthy relationships and spiritual practice, you create life-sustaining "primary food." This is the food of the spirit that empowers you. The less of this "primary food" you have, the more you will rely on physical food for comfort, and the less happy you may be.
This is so true. It is when I feel least loved and loving, when I feel the lowest in "primary food" that I find myself craving my favorite sweets to try to fill me. After eating them, I am still empty, which makes me want more and more until I realize this truth again. This would be a good one to post on the refrigerator. (For me, I will also post it along with my favorite Bible passages)
