eMeals.com Review and Giveaway

Coming up with healthy, varied recipes, shopping for them, preparing and cooking every day is one of the biggest stressors for me. It takes some time to eat delicious, healthy meals that are home-cooked day after day after day. That is why I was delighted to be introduced to eMeals.com.

eMeals has been the market leader in online meal planning since 2003, providing a simple and affordable dinnertime solution to hundreds of thousands of busy people everywhere. There are over 50 menu plans including classic family meals, low-fat, portion control, low-carb, gluten-free, vegetarian, clean eating, paleo and our natural and organic plan.
I was over the moon excited to try out eMeals.com, especially when I saw they had organic, paleo, clean eating, and low-carb plans. I decided to try out the paleo plan first.(what I really wish I could do is combine paleo, organic and clean eating in one plan
Each week, you get 7 days worth of recipes for your choice of 3-6 people or 1-2 people. From there, you can just print off these recipes and the grocery shopping list that comes with it. These meal plans include main dishes, side dishes, and more in a very detailed, organized way.
