1 ripe Banana, frozen
1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
1 cup pumpkin, grated
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspooon ginger
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
*optional - you can add some pumpkin seeds in for texture or add some raw honey for extra sweetness.
You can also add one or two scoops of Vanilla Cinch Mix to turn this into a protein shake - perfect for breakfast, lunch or a snack that will keep you full and help rev up your metabolism to keep holiday pounds away!
