Teamotions Tea Review and Giveaway

I am a huge fan of tea, especially handcrafted specialty tea. I haven't always been, but the more I learned about the health benefits of different teas, I knew I wanted to develop the healthy habit of drinking them. Now, I drink tea twice a day, and I love the health benefits!

I want to share a new line of teas I was just introduced to from Teamotions Tea. The first thing I loved about this company was that it was founded by sisters. I think that is just so cool, and I love how they have put their heart and soul into their products! Together they developed 6 unique and delicious tea blends that support emotional well-being.

I love that they are the first company to hand blend their teas with special herbs that will help you cope with stress, boost your immunity and support whatever emotional state you are in. Lately, I have been feeling over-stressed, and I cannot say enough how important it has been for me to take even 5 minutes, sit down, take a few deep breaths, and drink Teamotions Tea.



My favorite variety of theirs is the Rooibos Coconut Chai. This tea is made from healing milk thistle, rooibos, dandelion root, with the bold chai spices and creamy coconut taste. It is perfect for super stressful moments or days, as it helps to release frustration and encourages you to let go of all those pent up emotions! Plus, this tea is caffeine free, so I can drink it as a pregnant momma with no concerns.

They also have Vanilla Earl Grey, Apple Cinnamon Chamomile, Citrus Strawberry White Tea, Lemon Vanilla Green Tea, and Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea. Don't they all sound just perfect?
