Be KIND to your body!

I have seen in my own life what happens when you choose to be kind to your body with what you put in, on and around yourself daily.  Several years ago, my health suffered...a lot! After realizing that  making healthier choices for my body on a day to day basis would have a tremendous affect on my body, I never went back to the junk that used to be in my life!

One of those areas that I noticed a huge impact was in what I ate. When you give your body junk, you feel like junk. When you give your body wholesome, healthy food and drinks, you feel like you can do anything! I am always eager to find new healthy foods that I can switch up in my diet, and one of my latest favorites is KIND bars.

I love KIND bars because they are just so good for your body! Plus, they taste absolutely delicious!

  1. I have not tried the cashew and ginger spice. I have to find that one! The other flavors that we have tried are fantastic!

  2. I am also a fan of Kind bars. I also came to a realization a couple of years ago that if you put garbage into your body that is exactly what you get out. Don't get me wrong, I still love cake and cookies but I only eat them in moderation. I know that if I have a big run coming up I don't go out and snack on junk food because it will show in my performance.
