Living healthy natural lives is not always the easiest thing, which is
why I started my blog - to inspire and help others live their best life
healthfully and naturally. I want to give you examples of how I am doing
it through weekly updates, and I am hoping some of you will be willing
to share your thoughts and ideas too.
So, here we go! I hope this helps and inspires all of you!
In my life this week...
We finally got back from our looooooong driving trip to Florida for my sister-in-law's wedding. It was hectic, stressful, but also full of special moments. I am glad to be back. I also started my new summer session of fitness classes, which are all going great!
I am inspired by...
those not living out of fear. It takes a lot to set your fears aside and go for what you really want.
My favorite thing this week was...
when an old college classmate emailed me and said she really appreciates my Pinterest pins about health and fitness. She let me me know that they have helped her start saving her life and health. That just meant the world to me!
What's working/not working for me...
Working - Well, let's see. I guess my energy and enthusiasm for fitness and health is working. I am super pumped up about being back, meeting my new fitness clients, and motivating everyone to have a healthy summer.
Not working - my patience. I feel like I am still recovering from the patience drain our trip took on me. My hubby and I were at the end of our rope so many times. Now that we are home, we are trying to recharge. God is teaching me more and more patience every day.
Questions/thoughts I have...
Can you ever really know if you are making the right decisions about those big things in life?
Things I'm working on...
Getting our house clean again, thinking up new recipes, and trying to plan for Father's Day and our 6 year wedding anniversary, which are this weekend.
I'm reading...
"The Baby Catcher" by Peggy Vincent - my favorite book about midwives and home births. Love it!!!
I'm cooking...
My cooking has been pretty pathetic this week, but I am planning on making my hubby's favorites this weekend.
I'm grateful for...
my healthy baby continuing to grow inside of me (I am now in my third trimester). I am grateful that I can somehow still do my Boot Camp with my classes.

ReplyDeleteIt is so PERFECT!
We should all make a list of idea and thoughts like this. Sometimes we are so busy that we forgot about all these important points. I like your question- Can you ever really know if you are making the right decisions about those big things in life?

Making a list like you do puts things in perspective. Shows us where we need to work and what we are doing right.
ReplyDeleteThe picture at the end is a point to be taken. Reminds me of the ad (Nike?) JUST DO IT. So true. There are excuses galore out there and we all have a bunch of them. Time to stop making them.
