Psi Bands Review

As I have been complaining about for the last 6 months, pregnancy nausea can make life feel practically unbearable at times. I have been all for trying any recommendation I get that might help.

When I heard about Psi Bands, I jumped right into trying them. These bands are a drug-free option that use wrist acupressure for the relief of nausea due to morning sickness, motion sickness, chemotherapy, and anesthesia.

What I love about them is that they are adjustable to fit just about any wrist size, waterproof so that they can stay on you all day and night, reusable and shareable, and they come in many different styles. Whether you are a female or male, child or adult, they have a style you will like.

It is very easy to use Psi Bands. Watch this video to see how they work. Simple, right? You just position one band on the inside of each wrist, 2 1/2 finer widths above the center of your wrist crease between the wrist tendons. Look down at your wrist and you will see what I mean.

From there, the button should be facing in and the dial should be facing out. You can adjust the band size around your wrist just as you would a watch and increase or decrease the pressure by rotating the dial.

So, how did these bands work for me? Well, I didn't notice a huge difference. Sometimes I thought they were helping, sometimes I felt quite sick still. I would have loved to try them with my son after his surgery when he was nauseous from the anesthesia. I do agree that acupressure can help with certain ailments, and I think Psi Bands are a great non-drug way to try ending your nausea.

For only $15, I would definitely recommend trying them out for yourself. Buy them here!
