Spartan Race Fitness Challenge

Those of you who know me know that I love a good challenge. I love challenging myself and love challenging my fitness clients. That is why I call my fitness club "Beyond Limits With Cara Nitz." So when I heard about the Spartan Race, I got really pumped up! Spartan racing is the new revolutionary way to work out and push your body to the limits with their world leading obstacle courses. There are many different styles of racing and many different cultures of racers with races ranging from muddy 3+- mile events with 10 or more obstacles up to 40+ mile events.


I love that they have a variety of different levels of races to meet whatever challenge you want to take on. If you are just starting out and want to find your potential, try the 5k sprint trail race. From there, you can work your way to bigger and bigger challenges to feel more and more exhilarated.

The other thing I love about Spartan races is that you are not alone in the training or the actual event. They provide daily workouts, inspiring blogs, and a weekly newsletter to their participants.
