
Sallie does what I thought would be way too unusual-mixing flavors like Peach Pepper and Ginger, Blueberry and Lavender, and Strawberry and Basil to create the most distinct and flavorful jams . But, what really sets Sallie apart from the rest? In my opinion, keeping it FRESH. Sallie's uses local fresh produce in its batches of jam. Starting fresh, and staying fresh makes all the difference. No wonder Sallie's has won the Made in the South Award!
I love how Sallie's sparks your imagination and creativity by making some unique combinations. But, for those of us who are a little challenged, the website offers some excellent recipe choices. My favorite? Venison or Pork Tenderloin with Blueberry Lemon and Thyme Jam.
