Love More Feed Less Book Review

How could I possibly love my kids any more than I do? I ask myself that often as my heart sometimes feels like it is going to explode with all of the love I feel for my boys! As parents, we all love our kids to this explosive feeling. But, you know as well as I do that this multitude of love, doesn't make us always lead them in the most loving direction.
We all should know by now that childhood obesity is on the rise, and we all can find the statistics-One out of every five 4-year-olds are overweight. If you are overweight/obese at ages 10-13, you have a 60-85% chance of being an overweight/obese adult.

We get it! We see it, but, we are busy! The shelves are packed with food that doesn't help, and we don't have time to play with our kids like we used to. Let's do something about it, says Randi Lee Levin, author of Love More, Feed Less. Let's use all of the ingredients that are offered to us, and make the same meals, but, with different choices. Furthermore, let's start choosing to cook with our kids. Here's what the book says to do:
First, spices, spices, spices.......the book lays them all out for you in the beginning. Know what it is, what it does, and what it tastes like. Have the choices available....you can then cook with interest. Move on to meal making....WITH Your Kids! Make Chicken Soup, and even Pot Pie, but follow the easy to read hints at the side of many pages......
That is what this book is all about. It is not about dieting, it is not about eliminating anything at all. It is about reducing the amounts of ingredients (such as, don't use top and bottom crust in the pot pie, one is plenty). It is about getting your kids involved in the process - use spices, help measure, and learn about what you eat. It is about changing that path of obesity and loving them down a road to healthy weight.
You can find this helpful and loving book online.
