No More Aches and Pains - Arnicare Gel Review

As I have mentioned before, one of my passions is fitness, and I am a fitness instructor who loves to push myself and my classes. I teach several classes a week, including BootCamp, which can get really challenging. (Yes, I am still doing this all through my pregnancy)

You can imagine what kind of aches and pains my class participants and I get after doing lunges around a whole parking lot or holding wall-sits for almost 5 minutes. I hear stories of them begging their spouse to come and pull them off the couch, because it hurts too much to get up. Honestly, it makes me giggle a little, because I know their pain and I love knowing they worked out hard and to their best potential. But, I also want to help them find relief when they hurt.

Sometimes you need a little help beyond resting, stretching and icing. That is why I was excited to try out a natural, homeopathic remedy for muscle aches and stiffness, swelling from injuries, bruising, or trauma - Arnicare Gel. Arnicare Gel's active ingredient, Arnica montana, is one of the most popular homeopathic medicines in the world. Arnica montana is a mountain plant from the daisy family that has been used for centuries as a natural pain reliever. If you would like to learn more about homeopathy and they way it helps our bodies naturally, check out this link from the makers of Arnicare Gel - Boiron.

You can see why I thought this gel would be a handy helper for my fitness participants and me. I put on just a light layer of the gel on my quad muscles after one of these intense workouts. I really liked that it didn't have a strong smell or sticky feeling at all. I also really appreciate that there are no artificial colors, perfumes or dangerous ingredients in this gel. I have to tell you, I was quite excited to feel a bit of relief within about 5 minutes of putting it on. It doesn't really surprise me, because it is used by surgeons and other medical professionals quite often. Nonetheless, I was excited to feel some relief from the pain I normally just put up with.

I also borrowed some to a friend whose husband fell off of a ladder and had serious bruising and pain in his groin area. He was taking pain killers and other drugs, because it was so bad. After putting the Arnicare gel on three times a day for a couple of days, he did say he was improving and feeling better. Now, I am not sure that is completely because of the Arnicare gel, but I do have a feeling it helped him on his road to recovery.

So, where can you find Arnicare Gel? You can probably find it at your nearest natural food store or possibly even at a nearby pharmacy. Otherwise, on their website, they have a large list of places online where you can purchase it.

Don't let a little soreness or pain keep you from doing what you love or exercising to your potential! If it gets too painful, this is a great natural, very safe way to help out with those aches and pains.

Is this product anything like Tiger Balm? I have heard that works well. What is the difference between Tiger Balm and this product - do you happen to know? Interesting review.
