GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale Review and Giveaway

This is one of my favorite Good-For-You gifts. It is perfect for anyone on your list, and I bet you are going to want one for yourself too.

The Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale by EatSmart is worlds better than your average scale. Besides measuring weight, it measures body fat, body water, body muscle, and bone mass.

How does it do that? It uses BIA (Bio-Electrical Impedance Analysis) technology, which easily calculates your body fitness after you imput your information of gender, height, age, activity level and your weight. After you step on the scale in bare feet, select your profile, then this technology sends a low-level electrical signal though your body fat and then measures the resistance the signal encounters. This signal is perfectly safe, and you don't feel a thing.

In my fitness club, I started a Biggest Loser - Body Fat Edition contest 5 weeks ago. I have been so proud of all my clients and their hard work.
