The GoodOnYa Bar Review and Giveaway

In my search for healthy organic food, I have found that there are a lot of companies that like to pose as healthy and make you think that they are good for you just because they are organic or natural. However, you have to really dig into what is inside their products and where they get their ingredients to find the real truth.

Today, I want to introduce you to the GoodOnYa bar. I am really excited to be able to assure you all that these bars are the best of the best, and you don't need to worry about eating anything fake or unhealthy when you bite into these bars.

I received a sample of all three of their bars - Peanut Butter Honey, Breakfast Bar, and Peanut Butter Chocolate.

The Peanut Butter Honey is made of organic valencia peanut butter, organic raw honey, wonderful organic seeds and more. It has a whopping 10 grams of protein to help keep you full, and it is the perfect snack for after a workout or during an afternoon slump.

The Breakfast Bar includes tasty ingredients like pure organic maple syrup, organic raisins, organic raw hemp seeds, and more. It has 8 grams of protein to start your day off on the right foot, and it has 28% of your daily fiber in just this one bar! Awesome, right?

The Peanut Butter Chocolate is my favorite, because it combines some of my all time favorite ingredients - peanut butter, dark chocolate and honey. It also has 10 grams of protein, so it is going to keep you full for awhile instead of send you off on a craving for more. So yummy!

These bars are not only really healthy, with NO GMO's, No Soy, No Dairy, No Gluten, mostly raw, tons of fiber, protein, and iron, they are also very tasty and very filling. They are pretty much everything I want in a snack bar.

Oh, and did I mention what a green company they are? Good golly, they have a whole list of what they are doing to help make our planet that much healthier. From banning plastic bags to using no harsh soaps, they are awesome in this area too!
