At first, I thought they were like biscotti, and that you would only want to eat them dipped in coffee or some other liquid. But, they aren't. I have been just snacking on them plain, and they are great! They are full of the great natural taste of almonds, raisins and other spices. And they are not too crunchy either. I hate it when you feel like your teeth are going to break when you bite into something, but that is not the case here.
