It is hard, even when healthy ...Good options here. It is hard, even when healthy options are available, to behave and not chose some of the others that sit there and tempt. The only way for me is to have nothing but healthy stuff and no temptation. I do love food and enjoy savoring the tastes and textures. I am learning to take smaller portions which is helping.
