I brown the ground turkey with only salt, cook chopped apples separately until soft. I take a baked sweet potato (baked earlier as I do these 5 or 6 at a time and keep in fridge) peel it, cut it long ways and across to make small chunks. Add turkey when done, top with cooked apples and DELICIOUS, and also good for you. And no gluten, soy, sugar, dairy or high histamine food. (I can only used golden delicious apples due to histamine problem).
