Get Fit With Jillian Michaels' DVDs Giveaway

Almost every day, I start my day off with my good friend, Miss Jillian Michaels'. We spend a good 30-45 minutes together where she kicks my butt most days, and I love her for it!

I have always been a fan of her fitness DVD's and her fitness philosophies. Although I am not quite as vicious as her, most of my fitness classes are similar to her workouts. Why? Because we both know that High Intensity Interval Training works best to get your body in shape fast and get your metabolism revved like crazy!

I was very excited to receive two more of her DVD's from Collage Video, my favorite place to shop for fitness DVDs.

Jillian Michaels' Extreme Shed & Shred
Jillian Michaels' Extreme Shred and Shed is a new favorite of mine! This DVD has two workouts - one a lower intensity and one a high intensity, kick-butt workout. The first one is about 40 minutes, while the second is around 50 minutes. The crazy thing is - she wants you to do both, if possible. Now, I agree, that would be a heavenly challenge, but I just don't have time for that. That is why I am glad that you can also choose one or the other. The first workout is a little more cardio based, while the second one is more muscle-toning. I love that she uses some yoga moves in these routines, not as a nice relaxing time, but as killer toning moves! These are both good workouts with a nice variety of new moves and old moves. You'll love it!

 Jillian Michaels' Killer Buns & Thighs
Jillian Michaels' Killer Buns and Thighs consists of three different workouts of different intensity levels. They are all geared more toward your lower body, and trust me, you will feel them the next day! I started out with the first level, and it was more intense than I expected, in a good way. I am used to being bored and unchallenged by level 1 workouts, but this one was very good. From there, they only get more challenging, and if you want to tighten up your booty and legs, these workouts will definitely help! Each workout is about 40 minutes long, and you will be working the entire time! I turned these into full body workouts by just adding some of my own arm moves, or you could just do a bunch of pushups after to get the whole body worked.
