Fitness Accountability Coaching and Giveaway

As I talked about in my Friday Fun the other day, I have started a new branch off of my current fitness business - Fitness Accountability Coaching. Since I am moving away from all my current clients, I developed this as a way to still serve them and assist them in reaching their fitness goals. As I was brainstorming about it, I realized that this is a service a LOT of people will want and need, so I decided to offer it to anyone from anywhere - which means you!

As you know healthy and natural living is my passion, and this program is just an extension of what I have been doing for the last 8 years as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition consultant. I know that there are a lot of challenges with reaching fitness and health goals, and it is very easy to fall away from your path to reach those goals. That is why I want to be there to help hold you accountable in a personalized way. Each person is unique, likes to be challenged differently, prefers different types of exercise, has different nutritional challenges, and wants to be held accountable in different ways. My program is personalized to fit you like a glove and meet your needs. My program includes nearly everything you would get from a personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost, and you can do everything I offer in the comfort of your home with little to no equipment, if you choose.

Now is the best time to get started! After all, every accomplishment starts with the decision to try!

Here are the details of my new program:

Helping you reach your fitness goals!
$30 per month for a 3 month commitment
$40 per month for a month-by-month commitment
Each month, as your accountability fitness coach, I will give you:

  • Monthly goal setting
  • 2 personalized workouts monthly to vary your routine and help you reach your individual fitness goals
  • Weekly communication via email or phone (4 monthly) to assess progress in reaching goals: including nutrition, workouts, etc.
  • Support and help with questions about workouts, nutrition, healthy living and more.
  • Ongoing motivation and inspiration
The number of workouts is negotiable. If you are looking for more workouts monthly, I am happy to provide you with them at a charge of $10 per extra workout.

  1. I keep gaining and losing weight. I get to the point where I'm almost at my goal and then I go back to my old, bad eating habits again and gain what I lost back.

  2. The hardest part is getting started. Once you change your patterns, you can work on staying on track. Unfortunately, it is so easy to backslide and get off your routine.

  3. I lost about 20 pounds within this last year and now I'm stuck in a rut. Eating fast food with the boyfriend because he can eat it and not gain a thing! I haven't really gained a thing, but i'm stuck. I wanna get back in shape, starting a new lifestyle and pattern that I'm happy with. Hopefully I can help show my boyfriend that fastfood is horrible and that he should change too!
