Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour Review and Giveaway

I always love writing about Tropical Traditions products, because I love them so. Every time I go to their website, I find something new I love about them and a new product I want to try. The last time I was browsing, I noticed that they have some awesome books with tons of great health information for sale. I also noticed a product that all gluten-free lovers are going to be jumping for joy over. Even if you are not specifically looking for gluten-free products, I think you will love their Organic Coconut Flour.

Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour is not only gluten-free, but it is also high in fiber and protein. Fiber and protein are your best friends if you are trying to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.

I love this flour for baking, because it is naturally sweet from the ground coconut meat. That means if you use it for making cookies, cakes, muffins, and more delicious baked goods, you can use less sugar, which is a major bonus! Sugar is not our friend, and the less we consume, the better we will feel.

Gluten Free Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe photo
I love to bake!! I have been substituting about 1/4 of the whole wheat pastry flour that I normally use in my baking, and I love it. You can also use all coconut flour in certain recipes if you want to bake gluten-free goodies. There are a ton of great recipes on their website. My favorite recipe is for Gluten Free Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies. I am also thinking about trying to make my own pizza crust using their Coconut Flour Pizza Crust recipe.
You can buy your own bag of Organic Coconut Flour for $9.99 on sale now! This sale is only good through August 18th, so click on the link below and get yours today!
