
MUVE is a spontaneous, non-choreographed style of dance. Three Basic MUVES are the foundation of endless variations of dance movements. A Muse leads the various motions. The other dancers follow "loosely," tailoring their movements to fit their ability, energy level, and creative spirit. MUVE DVDs feature colorfuol animated graphics which add excitement, instruction and boost motivation.
MUVE improves overall health and flexibility. Continued practice builds strength and stamina and helps with losing weight. Dancing improves emotional well-being and is just so much fun!
The creator of MUVE, Maggie Kunkel, has an absolutely awesome mantra that I love, "Inspiring people to dance for health and happiness." She has created what I think is just such a fun way to get people up and moving. You have to like the exercise you do, or you just won't do it! I have seen that over and over again in my fitness background.
